The upcoming international tournament for Nepalese side is scheduled to take place, 8-15th February in Namibia. The bottom 4 teams from the 2015-17 World Cricket League Championship (Kenya, UAE, Nepal and Namibia) along with top 2 teams (Canada and Oman) from 2017 ICC WCL Division III will fight for the final two spots in the 2018 ICC World Cup Qualifier.
The ICC World Cup Qualifier 2018 is scheduled to start from 4th March featuring hosts Zimbabwe on the opening day. 10 teams compete to fight out for two places in the ICC World Cup 2019. The West Indies, Ireland, Afghanistan and Zimbabwe are joined by top four of the ICC World Cricket League Championship(Hongkong, Netherlands, Scotland andPNG) along finalists of upcoming ICC World Cricket League Division II.
