Zohra Sports Management (ZSM) is bringing the much-awaited tournament Everest Premier League (EPL) Twenty20 Cricket series in Nepal that will take place from 24th September till 3rd October 2016.
The EPL will have six franchises led by national team stars. Tej, owned by Panchakanya Group and captained by Sharad Veswakar, Colors X Factors, owned by Teletalk Pvt Ltd and captainedby Gyanendra Malla, Vishal Group Warriors, owned by Vishal Group and captained by national team captain Paras Khadka, Kantipur Gurkhas, owned by Kantipur Publications with Basanta Regmi as captain, Jagdamba Rhinos, owned by Shankar Group and captained by Shakti Gauchan and Sagarmatha Legends, owned by Ghorahi Cement and captained by Binod Bhandari are the six franchises involved in the EPL.
“The objective of the Wai Wai EPL is to elevate cricketing standard in Nepal and the tournament is set to introduce young talents in the leadership of experienced national players and Wai Wai is committed to put all its support in harnessing the full potential of cricket in Nepal.”, Nirvana Chaudhary, CG Group said.
