Afghan’s experienced middle order batsman Asghar Stanikzai will miss the ICC World Cup Qualifier’s openers due to his surgery to remove appendix. He is likely to be ruled out of action for 10 days whichwill be a mighty blow to Group B favourites. Afghanistan is set to play their warm up matches against West Indies and Netherlands on 27th February and 1st March respectively.
